I loved it except the packaging was wrapped so tight that I accidentally ripped part of the poster when I opened it. I contacted customer service to ask if anything could be done as far as a discount or to waive shipping if I ordered a new one and no one ever responded.

I placed order but declined to order frame, now that I received, I need to order the frame, is that possible?

My 9 year old son was so excited to open this and start scratching off the MLB parks that he has already visited. He can't wait to go to the rest! This is an awesome gift. Only one downfall, and that is that you have to be VERY careful when scratching off where you have been. Any contact with the top layer will start to remove it, so it is easy to remove the covering unintentionally for those still left to visit.
