I recently visited Japan and spent a day making one of these knives. I’m so happy to see a company that’s just as good. I bought 2 knives (one as a gift). I adore mine and the fit recipient loves hers! Will definitely be purchasing again soon.

Beautiful Knife

This knife is, by far, my favorite in my collection. It was heavier than I expected but it so well balanced. It feels perfect in my hand. I will say, the edge isn’t ground perfect. It doesn’t lay completely flat on a cutting board so sometimes I end up with little caterpillar pieces which I’m not too happy about. Not a deal breaker by any means but I am curious if this is normal. Anyway, you’ll LOVE this knife. What a great investment. Don’t forget to always keep a towel handy. You’re going to want to wipe after each task because it does rust easy.
