A nice surprise

Not being familiar with this brand, a little screw fell into my garbage disposal when I took the filter apart to clean it. I flipped the switch off immediately after hearing it, but it was too late: the screw would not go back on and that rendered my beautiful new Cafetiere unusable. I felt terrible and I asked if the company could send me a new screw...but they sent a brand new Cafetiere instead!! Now THAT's Customer Service the old fashioned way--thank you Jean Patrique!!
