Excellent customer service
USPSsaid pillow would arrive on 12/26. I reached out to Monsouri and they sent another pillow from a different carrier and it arrived for X-Max. Also, my wife loves the bath pillow! Thank you!

Would not buy again.
I bought this as a xmas gift. All the suction cups are inverting right out of the packaging. As a result, they do not stick to the tub, so the pillow can't be used. Also, the pillow arrived in a mailer, not even a box, like one of the emails said it would. Can't capture an unboxing if there isn't a box.

Decent Product / Poor packaging
Pillow works as advertised. Was surprised how generic the packaging was compared to the marketing and website aesthetics.
