The only thing I didn't realize before purchasing is that it Cycles through the modalities you don't pick one and work with it it just Cycles through it doesn't make it a bad machine I just didn't realize it and truth be told I probably would have liked the ability to choose which modality I wanted to work with and possibly do a treatment with rather than the cycling
