Comfortable and fits well. Feels much better than the original factory band, in my opinion.

Quality is good but is thinner than I expected.

Poor customer service. They take days to respond. I had extremely delayed shipping too because they took so long to process my order. They took so long I had to reroute the package because I began traveling for the holidays. Finally, it caused my package to get lost due to the new location not recognizing my name and returning it to the post office. Still haven’t heard anything from Barton.
