Timex 1995 Intrepid Reissue 46mm Synthetic Rubber Strap Watch

Overall I like the watch. The downsides are few. One is the fairly sharp edge on the bottom of the case. The other issues I have with the watch are my mistakes in the purchase. The hour and minute hands are skeletonized, making it harder for me to see at night, even with the Indiglow. I thought they were painted white in the middle, but I was seeing the background through the hands. Another is that of size. I did not pay enough attention to the 46 mm size in the description. A little bit big. The funny thing is that while I would not have deliberately bought a watch this big or heavy, it's okay. I'll get used to it. The tachymeter would be useful if I could see better (62 year old eyes!). And the outer scale markings are quite small, and a stop-watch feature is really needed to use the tachymeter properly.

I absolutely love it. I've always wanted a watch with indiglo and I finally have one. And I HATE date windows on watches. Too much clutter. Anyway thank you Timex for such an amazing watch. I look forward to doing business in the future. Andy Reese

Just like the original I have just wish my original did break it had a lot of found memories and hopefully I will have many more with this one.
