Matsubara Blue #2 Bunka 180mm (7.1")

Love Chubo! This is my 4th or 5th knife from them, and I am always impressed with the quality and variety of the knives and the makers they choose to deal with. The knife is very sharp right out of the box, very well balanced and beautiful.

This knife is underrated. Thicker at the spine, thin behind the edge. Doesn't feel fragile, yet cuts like a thinner knife. Builds a patina really fast.

The knife is great, very sharp and just a great looking knife. I would buy again.
