Pink Oyster Mushroom Mini-Farm Grow Kit

It took 10 days to get here even though I paid for 3 day shipping. Not your fault, but a bad experience. I'm not sure if it will flower at this point. Seems to have spent a week in the going back and forth across the southwest desert.

This is our second year growing pink oyster mushrooms from Far West Fungi’s mini-farm grow kit, and they are so fun! They are low maintenance and grow really fast! We harvested our first flush after a little over a week. The pink oyster mushrooms are a beautiful color and taste good too!

I've given these as Christmas gifts two years in a row. They're appreciated, and later on I get invited to dinner to eat something prepared with the mushrooms from the kit. Also, no plastic packaging, so everything is recyclable and compostable.
