Insanely Useful and Sharp Paring Knife

I love the blade profile and thinness. The length and slim blade along with the full tang handle make the knife very maneuverable. It makes my morning "fruit Ninja" sessions very fun as this is my preferred knife to peel a naval orange and even Supreme the slices. I also use it for cutting up my morning apple. The edge has proven to be much more durable than I expected as it has only required normal maintenance by a good honing steel. There's no need to spend any more on a paring knife. This one excels at the small jobs that a paring knife was created to do.
