I’m still getting to know this one, but the leaves are delicate and well formed with a bright green color. Very fresh and umami. Not a ton of darker roasty flavors. It had a softness I want to explore more!

A consistent, long time favorite
This is a decent harvest of silver strand, consistent with harvests from previous years. If you've never tried this type of green tea before, I would highly reccomded it. Silver strand tends to be a sweeter, fruitier tea than something like a dragon well that many people are familiar with; which tends toward more savory nutty flavors (at least to me!). I've been getting Silver strand here for well over a decade (maybe 2 by now), and it continues to be a one if my favorites.
