Terrible, all the three trees sent out to me were not as described. Dead leaves with dry soil. Don’t waste your time or money.

Almost perfect!

Got my 4 trees in fine order except they arrived on a Saturday 48h earlier than announced by both BrighterBlooms and Fedex! I had organized everything to have someone at the receiving end on the due date (a Monday) and we had to scramble to send someone to take care of the plants when I suddenly got the delivery notice on Sat AM otherwise they would have remained on the porch for 2 days. Could definitely be worse, only a communication glitch, but the plants are healthy and beautiful, so thank you!

Great product, well packaged

Its only been in the ground a couple of weeks but its doing well. The product came well packaged and in great physical condition. I followed all of the planting instrictions, and used a fertilizer spike as well as slow release granules. Very happy with this purchase and the company's fast delivery.
