It is a great high quality fireplace. I wish attaching the front glass (by customer), such a simple task, had a better design and process. The screws and pins are not the right fit!

From first call for information to delivery of the unit was extremely easy. David & Clint are very professional and knowledgeable. The delivery service was great. The fireplace was delivered at the time promised and in perfect condition. The installation of the unit was very easy according to my contractor with the exception of the installation of the front glass. The instructions and tiny screw size were the issue. This Dimplex Fireplace (RBF36 FG) lives up to my expectations. With a great realistic flame and surprisingly quiet heater fan, I would definitely recommend this fireplace unit and Electric Fireplaces Depot. Could not be more pleased.
