Only Ho-Hum
I ordered aged provolone and asiago cheeses. Being honest, I was disappointed. I'm of Italian extract and have had excellent aged cheese of both varieties growing up, and they were ALWAYS sharp and fragrant, as they should be, but what I received was not. The cheeses are not bad, but they are NOT what I expected when I decided to order them straight from Italy. Very disappointing. I would have given less stars but as I said, the cheeses were not bad, just wholly disappointing.

Sicilian orovolone
It arrived in good shape. My little old Italian momma had one bite and said, “ it tastes like Italia” . I was sold!
