Lots of Mild Cheese

Big plump cheese tied with thick nylon twine is good with many foods due to its slightly smokey subtle flavor. Very high in protein. I like to slice it or grate it, and then it can be eaten cold or it can be made slightly melty. I ordered two of these and received a large lot of this favored cheese for the dollar, wow!

Excellent Cheese

A very delightful cheese! I can’t ever imagine NOT having this cheese in my kitchen! Grest with crackers, bread and balsamic, by itself and many more mouthwatering options!!!
