FN 509 Tuckable IWB Holster

Great product but poor customer service experience.

This was a warranty replacement, the original kydex cracked after 2 years of everyday use. This new one is almost twice as thick as the old one, so cracking should no longer be an issue when using the claw kit. Fit and finish is nice and tight, almost too tight but the holster will break in/ slightly form fit to your body and gun a little over time. Warranty process was less than ideal. I had to keep calling/ emailing every step of the way to get it done. I am happy with the product, but warranty processing and customer service follow through are poor and need improvement.

While this holster is just a bit bulkier than I would have liked and the belt clip is a little tighter than I’d like for a 1.5 inch belt it’s an overall good product. I do like how the weapon snaps in and is held firmly in place requiring a good hard snapping action to remove the pistol.
