Lots of problems

It was very difficult to assemble. They use plastic dry-wall type anchors inside smooth metal rods in which such anchors are not able to grip. Many holes were clogged with excess plastic. Chicks are able to get stuck and die under the feed trough covers even when they are oriented the correct way. One of the heaters failed on the first night in use resulting in the death of all the chicks on that level. Many of the the waterers do not work properly, overflowing to the point of filling the manure trays with water and creating a huge mess. Overall it is a great concept. Unfortunately there are severe design flaws as well as quality control issues.

After some excellent help from customer service replacing a couple of pieces that got broke in shipping . Assembly wasn't too bad and everything seems to be working as it should .

Nice quail cage

Really like my new quail cage. Will order more in the future.
