The wild boar prosciutto is the real winner here ….unless I bring it from Tuscany it’s the only place I could find I it ….( do my own takes 6/8 months ) ….truffle butter is very tasty and easy to use ….wild boar cacciatorino a must in any antipasto plattet

Amazing! Must have!
This has now become a must have in my kitchen! I get the 1lb log and it doesn't take much to infuse any dish with white truffle. LOVE!
