I haven't even built this sauna yet (Rainelle), but I have to give an ENORMOUS shoutout to Adora and especially KELLY for their help on this one. This was a big purchase for us, and these ladies went way out of their way to make it work out for us. The first sauna that showed up was badly damaged in shipping, and from what it sounds like - that is not typical. At all. So Kelly helped us to get it squared away, and it took what could have been a horrible customer experience into a fantastic one. Give this woman a raise!

Excellent excellent sauna and service….better price than Costco !

I looked around at several different dealers for our sauna. I found the staff at My Sauna World to be the best. (I’m a real human with a real sauna that I now use 5x a week). Super prompt, attentive, and I had several very long chats online via the chat feature before finally calling in and ordering the Rainelle. I asked questions about electricity, temperature gauges, what size heater, if 4-person was really 4-person, wood choices, and so on and so forth. It was a pleasure. As for the Rainelle itself: I’d give the directions a B+ because there were some things that needed three or four good looks before you “got it.” This said it went together like a dream. One modification: I added wood plugs to the screw holes. Would be easy enough for Almost Heaven to add those.

Self care is a beautiful thing.

How nice to have my sauna in place, looking beautiful, and surrounding me with the warmth my body was crying for. I have used it just a few times and already feel the aches melting away. A great company to deal with and a really nice sauna from almost heaven.
