This little seed is an unknown for me, but I used the same procedure I do with every other microgreen seed, and it responded well. Its germination rate is a bit irregular, but most of them germinated together. It is slow growing, gets true leaf at only 1 inch in height. Its flavor is not for everyone, but is intriguing and could find a place in many recipes with some experimenting.
