Bean Seeds - Fava (Organic) - Microgreens Seeds

These are my new favoite! They taste like the old fashion bean sprouts but with a hardt crunch. They are the MVP of our microgreen protien salads mixes.

just okay, germination rate was below average, fava shoots were good but not enough of them.

This variety of fava beans has less germination and was molding up more than my last batch. I will try it again because my clients like to use it for special dishes at their restaurant. I hope next batch are better
