John Mark was a great communicator during the process. He coordinated with Almost Heaven regarding a delivery window for the sauna. I live in Florida and needed to travel to NC for the delivery. Love it!

Purchased this sauna a few weeks ago and got it up and running last week. It took about three hours to assemble and is very well made. I would definitely recommend upgrading the heater, the 60kw gets the sauna up to 170 degrees in about 25 minutes. The ordering process was super easy, I worked almost exclusively with Mr. John Mark. He was prompt and answered all of my questions quickly. Overall it was a wonderful process and I couldn’t be happier.

Wonderful Customer service

The costumer service I received from My Sauna World was fantastic. We had a issue with a part of the sauna which was resolved quickly! My sauna was delivered in the expected time window and the sauna assembly instructions and process were fairly simple. We had a few accessories that we were unsure what to do with (some additional instruction would have been appreciated for those). There were contradictory instructions for the heater thermometer which left us guessing a bit as well. We opted to only install the upper bench to allow for some additional standing room and light yoga. Overall I highly recommend My Sauna World. We are loving our sauna!
