3/4" by 3/4" Wood Rubber Stamp

The stamp is perfect. Just what I ordered. However, I am stamping into clay, and I need a deeper, sharper material. The rubber letters are a little too shallow for my purpose. I could not know this until I tried it; I will find another way to use the stamp. Thanks!

Something has changed with this company and I've wasted enough money

My 1st couple of orders, I was thrilled with. One of my stamps was starting to wear and I decided to replace it and order a new design. I ordered 3/4 inch wood stamp. I received an inch size which was way to big for what I needed. I contacted support and they agreed to replace. They sent me the exact same thing. So they replaced again. And sent the same thing again. And then it happened again! I sent pictures, I drew on the pictures, I asked what I needed to do to get what I received before, and I just kept getting auto replies that were absolutely not helpful. I just still kept getting the same exact stamps! I felt bad that this kept happening, but I didn't do anything wrong. Finally they sent me a 3/4 inch block, but the image was the exact same size as in the 1inch! I have an email thread of 30 messages! So I decided again, to try! I also wanted a couple new ones with text on them with an easier to read writing, as the 1st ones where kinda cursive and have worn over time. They are yet again, three times the size of my originals!!! You can't charge the font size, which would be very helpful, but I am actually mind blown over the size difference I really really wish I could submit pictures showing the crazy difference in size. But at this point, I give up and will have to search for another supplier.
