The stamp overall it's good quality, just came in wrong so had to reorder so I can get to work.

Ink ran out, with no ability to flip the pad as advertised

The video with this product shows how to flip the ink pad for when one side runs out. I was not concerned about running out, since I planned to do this. This stamp actually comes with a single-sided pad, and ran out after only a couple hundred uses, not thousands. This is entirely unacceptable for a product you really depend on.
