I ordered this item on Sunday morning, and it was delivered to my doorstep in PERFECT condition on Tuesday afternoon - amazing! Arrived on time and the first use of the awning support pole went off without a hitch. This new pole is more heavy duty than the originals and I will be replacing the other 2 in the near future
