Hoxton Shave Co. Knurl Handle DE Safety Razor

It is not that safe--razor is inserted the very old way by unscrewing the whole head that comes apart and the blade must be then fitted--which is dangerous. I did not know. Also, it does not fit with my Rockwell Razors from you--nor my other Wilkinson blades that I have for my other razor of two decades that works well and is very safe. What can I do? What is your return policy as I have everything intact and original and ready to return? Thanks. Irvin
