Another Reason to Love Summer in Northern Michigan

Each year when we come back to the Cadillac area, we look forward to the summer weather and being able to enjoy the meat from Apsey Farms. We have been customers now for over 4 years. Their pork shoulder roast makes the best pulled pork. The beef chuck roast and bone-in arm roast produce pot roast dinners that are the best we have enjoyed in a long time. Everything is yummy! The flavor of my beef bone broth was amazing!! Can’t wait to try out the short ribs this weekend.
