Do not like the new ones at all. Less absorption. They do not work for me at all. Why did you change a product that has been working for me for years to a very inferior product?

Would like a little more adhesive so the position would not shift as easily. Thank you

Dislaying Invoice on box is Unacceptable

The pads are OK when they don't bunch up. The adhesive seems to be less than they used to be. AND...the last 3 or 4 shipments have had the invoice displayed on the outside of the box despite several emails and empty promises that this issue would be taken care of. I've been recieving these boxes for years and one of the reasons I liked the service was the discreetness of the package. Now the invoice is showing what is in the box. There is a separate shipping sticker so there is no reason to have to display it, or if it must be done this way, they could at least fold it differently so as to hide the line about absorbent incontinence pads. How humiliating!
