I am seeking the best overnight pull-up protection for my wife. The best combination I have found is using the Dry Direct Ultimate pull-ups and the Ultimate Plus Booster Pad. I just got started with this combination, but, so far, no leaks! If there is some leakage going forward, I will try two booster pads. This is not the least expensive route to take but it is providing the desired results.

I use them to supplement Parentgiving Pullups. This way my husband can just remove booster pad when necessary instead of taking whole pullup down, taking off clothes, removing brace etc. I discussed overnight pullups but they didn't seem to be a good idea.
