I don't know if this review should be the product or delivery. When DHL said my order was delivered and I didn't have it I messaged customer service. I received a message back that the "delivered" date doesn't really mean delivered it means it has reached its final transport location. I also asked if the order was being delivered DHL or post office. No direct reply just a link back to the DHL tracking. Two days later I checked my post office mail box, I only check it once a week as it is about a block from my residence. There was my 100% Pure package. My products were sitting in a metal mail box in 100+ degrees for at least two days. Whether the product is usually broken and clumpy or that is from the heat I don't know for sure. Very disappointed. The products seem to be less quality than a couple of years ago from ingredients to packaging not to mention delivery. There is no retail store within an hour of where I live so I have used online ordering but I may have to give up on the brand.

EGCG cream

This is a nice product to fight signs of aging and improve the condition of your skin.

I love how deeply moisturising this cream is - I just wish it was a tad bit cheaper or on sale more often :)
