I've had my Excalibur dehydrator for more than 10 years. The glue that held the clear door to the frame finally wore off and I glued it back on. Within a week it was knocked off the dehydrator and broke into several pieces. It was finally time to replace the door! I was so happy that the replacement door was available since the dehydrator is so old. It was shipped right away and I had my new door within a week and have been able to dehydrate my herbs and vegetables again! Excalibur is the best!
