Cayenne Pepper Softgels Upsell

Dangerous instructions, deceptive orderiing.

They renewed my order a month later. Billed me and sent to wrong address. Account profile says no subscription so not sure why they stole that money. Package says take 3 daily, website said take 4. I contacted for clarification and was told only take 3. Now with the scammed order, a followup email said take 6 per day for 2 weeks. They don't even know how to take the pills they ship over from china themselves. Constant emails starting immediatly after order. Sometimes multiple a day saying to jump on board and buy the product you already bought.

Product quality remains to be seen, could be good, could be the same as all other cayenne soft gels. But the buying experience was shocking, adding items to my basket via pop ups that I didn't want, and only finding out that I had purchased them when I was billed separately for them, then resing to refund for the additional items when I requested immediately after the purchase. Cost me £45 More than I thought i was paying. Very poor after sales service.

Terrible customer service- Order a few packs, which turned out to be a year supply (wasn't really paying attention to how any I ordered) Sent an email stating to cancel the enrollment and that I did not want auto renewal. They still charged me the following month. Sent another email to cancel the order and refund the money and haven gotten no response from anyone. Have emailed several more times and still no response. Absolute joke! DO NOT WASTE YOUR TIME!!
