Hardware we needed showed out of stock on the website. After reaching out they confirmed they did have them in stock. They said I'd get an invoice in a few days. Almost a week later I received an invoice, which we paid the same day. Including both our physical address and PO box. After a few days I still had no shipping confirmation. So I reached out to be told they couldn't ship to a PO box. I kindly reminded them we provided both, and reiterated that in our rural town USPS only delivers to our PO box. And FedEx/UPS were the only ones to deliver to our physical address. They shipped the package the next day. USPS. I got my package a few days later, but was reprimanded by the postmaster when I picked it up. In the future, if shipping USPS. Please send to the PO box you are provided with. Or simply place both the PO box and physical address on the package. This makes things easier on the post office staff.
Hardware is the right sizes, but not the correct color.
