Motor doesn’t work and company doesn’t answer our emails

First off, the motor does work just fine and it finally got my machine running. However, The issue, is that I particularly bought this motor because of the picture as displayed. When I received it, there was a big box with the start capacitors on top of the motor that intern didn’t give me the clearance I needed, and I had to alter a metal table to make it fit. I would like to see them use the actual picture of the motor they send out. Thank you.
