No Fly Zone - Hammock Bug Net

This one failed me!! Yukon Outfitters customer service also failed me!!

I have more than one no fly zone bug net!! As well as many other Yukon Outfitters products!! I am normally very satisfied with price and quality. I purchased this bug net to go in my kayak camping bag. First night in the no fly zone a few of the swivels that attach from the bug net to the ridge line came off. Some were able to be attached but the middle one tore completely off the bug net. Having no other option I had to use again the next night after some rigging I was able to keep the bug net up off my face and body. However the next morn when I was removing it had started to tear near the ends that cinch around straps!! I have never had a problem with any of my Yukon Outfitters products. I have hammocks, hammock straps, tarps, bug nets and back packs!! Since I have purchased so much for them I thought getting a replacement would be a breeze!! It isn't!! I have called the number on the website at least 10 times with no answer. I have emailed them with no answer!! Though I love the products I am having a hard time showing the same love to customer service and this particular bug net!!

Found this bug my online and for the price I couldn't pass it up. Great size and material.
