I strongly recommend this ice pack. I love how it can wrap around a joint, such as my knee. And the strap is such a good idea so that I don't have to hold the ice pack in place.

Overall this a great product for icing sore knees, elbows and shoulders. The contoured shape makes it easy to fit where you need it with the added bonus of compression. The strap makes it easy to keep on in hard to fit places or if you are on the go. The fabric covering keeps your skin from getting irritated while icing. I use it on my knee for arthritis and it does a wonderful job in helping me reduce pain and inflammation. The price is great too.

This is a nice ice pack, it folds around my knee very nice and does a good job. It is easy to use and would work well on other joints. It stays on pretty well with the strap.
