Really nice, but not moist on it's own

Very nice quality, but there was nothing "moist" created in heating it in the microwave. Noted it doesn't hold heat as long as I needed, 20 minutes for dry eyes. But it's nice. I added a wet paper towel to create the heat. Maybe I was supposed to wet the bag? Not sure.

Its the perfect size and shape and it heats up and retains the heat the perfect amount of time. Love it!

Disappointingly, this eye compress doesn't hold heat for more than approximately 6 minutes. Not even close to the 20-30 minutes the description claims.
