Good bag, bad shipping
The bags are great. Had it not been for the shipping process, I would have given them 5 stars. I ordered on January 2nd. The package arrived on January 8th in Los Angeles from Hong Kong. It then took 12 days for the package to make it from LA to New Orleans. A total of 18 days from order to delivery. I understand it takes time for items to make it across oceans, but it was the slow movement through the United States that I don't understand. I contacted customer support and they said "Sadly this is normal".

A travel essential
It's easy enough to use a roll-bag for dirty laundry, but the breathability of this bag makes much less of an ordeal of pulling out week-old clothes. This bag is the perfect size for a whole week's worth of dirty laundry.
