The Bandeau - strapless bra

Stay away from Hexalty. ⚠️⚠️ Appalling quality. If I could give it 0 stars, I would. Not fit for use. I followed the website size guide, completely wrong. The 'bras' don't offer any support, have a distorted shape and dent in a cup, the material is flimsy. Bras look nothing like advertised. And yet no negative reviews on the website. 🤔 They do not respect delivery timeframes (I paid for a delivery promised within 8-10 days, items arrived a week later). I've emailed the customer service (I asked for a phone number, but they say they don't have one to speak to someone?), and tried returning products and getting a refund. The email conversation seems AI generated on their end and they tried avoiding full refund (they offered 20% partial refund, then 15%, then 50%, and they claimed they wouldn't want to put me through inconvenience of returning the products and have extra shipping charges incurred). Do not forget, you have a right as per Consumer rights act 2015.

Terrible terrible terrible!! Do NOT shop with these guys. Sent me a defective product and I have been trying to return them, but they won’t get back to me. I see on their site that I would have to spend $25 to ship them back. Are you freaking joking?!?!? They do not stand behind their product. They will probably wait until I’m just outside the return window to respond back. This store and its associates are junk. I’m currently filing a small claims against them. AVOID THIS COMPANY! Zero stars if I could.

So very disappointed. Im a 34DDD bought a medium. When I put on this item my breast hit the floor. Absolutely nothing at all like advertised . They have given me back a portion of my money. But just a portion and i had to send multiple emails for that to happen.
