Performance boost

I’ve been taking it for a few weeks and have really noticed an improvement in performance during HIIT classes. Would be great if it was micronised for easier digestion and dissolvability. A 5g scoop would also be useful.

Clean with no belly or digestion problems

Feels like a well balanced set of supplements with the creatine not having any side problems with digestion, or impact on diet/sleep. Very happy with it.
