Star Wars Tyro Eco Lightsaber

Ordered a lightsaber. Granted a low budget model. But described as: “Crafted with a high-quality aluminium alloy hilt and a durable polycarbonate blade, these lightsabers are built to withstand heavy hits and intense dueling without breaking.” What arrived was an incredibly cheaply built plastic hilted lightsaber. Obviously I complained. To be met with an initial response of “glitch on the website” and send it back for refund, and that’s where the communication stopped. Website has now had the description changed. No further offers of how to rectify the poor service. Not very impressed at all.
