Some tracking confusion

When you order, you get prompted to get the shop app and track it there. You also get the confirmation page where it tells you to come back to the page for updates on the status of the order. However, those 2 don't actually work and they don't update the tracking information at all. Instead, you have to use the tracking website provided by the website on the email receipt, which I wasn't aware of. Therefore, when I got prompted to review the product on my email, as well as the bot on the website saying the order was fulfilled, I was alarmed because I presumed the order had already been completed, and on the shop app it said to review the order as well.
