Scarlett Cross-Strap Open Heels

I received the shoes and they obviously run 1/2 size too big in their EU sizes. I truly wear a size 7 and ordered a size 7, yet the EU size I received was .5 inch too big. I contacted the company and they wanted me to pay even more (another $12)to receive the correct size (which I should have received originally). So I asked for a full refund and instructions on returning the item, they offered me 20% refund and told me to keep the shoes. I told them AGAIN that I wanted to return the shoes and get a full refund. I will never shop with this company again.

El producto es bonito pero llegó con una raspadura importante en uno de los zapatos. Intentas comunicarte con la compañía y no hay forma de contactar. En las reseñas se lee que es una práctica regular el enviar productos dañados y posteriormente no dar respuesta a las quejas. CUIDADO.
