I had a coworker ask for the first one i purchased........ so I order 2 more a blue to replace the one I lost to the coworker and a yummy yellow. Love this bag. The Royal blue is perfect

Looked and felt cheap compared to photos on website. I want to return them, responded to the email with photos and reasons and now reached out 8 times without a reaponse on how to return. 9th time is a charm! Was told I had to pay return shipping ($68 + 20% restocking fee). So basically return costs as much as bag. Finally got 20% restocking fee waived but still is a total loss. Buyer beware!
