Orella Genuine Leather Mules

The leather was terrible if it is even leather. I’ve tried to get a hold of company to return these when I first got them. But no one would ever phone me back. Terrible customer service they’re still sitting in the bag that they came in. I’ve emailed many times also.

The shoes are pretty, id like to say they are well made but the faux clasp desnt work for me. I hVe narrow feet so the strap across the front continues to come off. I thought about removing it completely but the shoes also squeek really bad so its not wirth it. Ill just donate them
