9" Chef

I ordered a whole set of these knoves because I had a a couple a few years back and remembered liking them. The quality and consistency of the grinds has really gone down hill. The tang and handle are way bigger, making it less comfortable to hold. The little chopper came pretty sharp but the 9" chefs knife had the performance of a month old cheap german blade. Kinda bummed :/ while the fit and finish is pretty nice all the handles came dirty with a good amount of black soot.

Gorgeous knife. Shipped incredibly quickly.

Knife is nice. You'd think for the cost you'd get a box for gifting, but nope! Just newspaper wrapped around the knife.
