This meditation has great white noise is the back ground. I have been through a few of Teals meditations, the only thing that breaks my focus would be the examples of thing you could see. I confuses my internal focus with suggestions. I have an internal narrator the produces images easier with abstract noises. Sounds of doors opening sounds of a buisy waiting room . My room is always a n open landscape , element forces. And eveytime i force it back to four walls it all turns black. I need to work more with this one, it aether seems to be changing. Good stuff Teal.
