Stella Brogue Buckle Loafers

Poorly packed in a plastic bag wrapped in bubble wrap. Purple not lavender. Fabric top with cutouts vaguely meant to suggest suede. Cheap plastic heels. Buckle for show only; shoes fastenned using hidden hook. Return cost paid by customer; seller gets to “decide” whether item fits all criteria for return. Customer has no recourse. Company telephone number does not lead to a person or an answering machine.

These are fabulous! I love then! Great customer service as well!
