Boho floral side-tie two-piece swimsuit

Their customer service is absolutely garbage. You have to send them an email within 30 days to make a return, but they have not answered my email yet and it's been 4 days, and thats after I sent one the day before with no answer. I have to pay the postage, which I understand because there is nothing wrong with the item, but I have no idea where I am suppose to send it.

The top was way too large to be a small. The bottom’s fit ok. Solastara refuses to allow a return and only offers a 20% off if a repurchase the item again. Terrible return policy. The item is unused and in original condition. There is no excuse for this lack of customer service. Be aware they have no return policy on their poor fitting items.
