Remzyy™ Pheromone-Calming Dog Bed

I am disgusted with this dog bed. It is absolutely not worth £59 It is nothing like the one in the advert, it has no quality about it at all. There is not enough filling in the bed , the sides have no support. I would like to send a photo but cant add one to this review. AVOID AT ALL COST. I purchased because my French bulldog has problems with her spine but this has no suppprt at all. Perhaps you could tell Me how to get a refund. I had to give one star, that was only way i could review.

Not worth £100 at all. A rip off in my opinion. I had cheaper ones nefore and this product is no different. I do not recomment this product or the company who advertised it. Sorry but that is my honest opinion.

Unfortunately, this bed is nowhere near the quality that the beds in the pictures either on the site or in most reviews. I will post a review with pictures on trust pilot. The bed arrived completely vacuum packed which I understand, but it was clear this was cheap quality. The sides of the bed were flimsy yet the middle was completely overfilled, making it just look like a huge hill. I contacted customer service and was told that the bed needed to expand after being packed. I was sceptical but waited as instructed and the bed did not change. I sent pictures and someone called Alex replied and said they need to look into this particular batch, as they are aware that some customers have had issues. Alex advised me to take some of the foam out of the middle section. When I opened it, it is clear the beds are filled with the off cuts of foam from other products. It was annoying and messy but I followed instructions. The bed looked worse than ever. I again contacted customer services stating I wanted the refund that was ‘guaranteed’. They were reluctant even though they admitted it was faulty, then denied it was faulty, then offered me 35% refund and keep the bed, or return it in the original packaging at my cost. I explained that the packaging could absolutely not be recovered which they must know, and why should I pay postage on a faulty item? They then offered a 75% refund and at that point I was fed up of messaging so accepted. They did refund the 75%. I have a low quality bed probably like something you’d get off the market but at least some of my money back. They did refund and respond to emails, but this is a cheap item, don’t buy it. Huge lesson learned by me about buying from insta adverts and believing the reviews on the website.
